Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 25,000 or above

• Rs. 300 delivery fee on orders below Rs. 25,000

Advance Payment

For orders above Rs. 25,000, full advance payment is required before processing and dispatch.

Sourced-to-Order

Some products may be sourced after an order is placed. If additional time is required, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
