Shipping policy

LQD ships products to customers across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery timelines are calculated from the date the order is placed and include order processing, preparation, and dispatch time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates based on the performance of our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 25,000 or above.

  • Orders below Rs. 25,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300, which will be added at checkout.

Advance Payment Requirement

For products priced above Rs. 25,000, full advance payment is required before the order can be processed and dispatched.

Orders for such products will only be confirmed once the complete payment has been received.

Sourced-to-Order Items

Some products, including selected previous-generation MacBooks and certain accessories, may be sourced after an order is placed rather than being held in ready stock.

If a sourced-to-order item requires additional time beyond the estimated delivery window, we will contact you before dispatch with an updated expected timeline and available options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status through the courier service.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Religious holidays

  • Public holidays

  • High-demand periods, including sale events

If we expect a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange further action.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
