Where's my order?
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout — there is no password to remember, Shopify emails you a six-digit code. You'll see every order placed with that email, guest orders included, along with its current status.
Tracking your delivery
Once your order is dispatched we send the courier's tracking number by SMS and email, so you can follow it on the courier's own site. Delivery takes 4-7 working days from the day the order is placed. Read the full shipping policy
