Warranty policy

iPhone: 2-year limited warranty. Every iPhone we sell is covered for two years against manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising under normal use.

All other eligible Apple products: 12-month limited warranty. MacBook, iPad, AirPods and Apple accessories are covered for twelve months on the same terms.

Claims are handled locally in Pakistan, so nothing is shipped abroad. Gaming consoles and controllers are not sold with a stated warranty term.

The warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or damage resulting from improper use.
